I was at a track meet. I ran very bed, i think because i was dehydrated. During the race my vision got really blurry after ;like the first lap. I ran a 5:10 mile overall and it was not easy, It hurt like hell. Sometimes i find it very hard to motivate myself and get myself to run faster times. I wish i was just one of the fastest kids, but i guess that is just not me. Is anyone else a runner on here? Like a real runner, that runs in meets? I will keep everyone updated on my races!
Not a runner. The thought of being able to do a 5:10 mile blows my mind.

remember to be kind to yourself, starting the race is more than many of us have yet to attempt, but you even finished it. :)
ReplyDeleteIm not really a runner although I did complete a 14 kilometer run once.
ReplyDeleteRunning is one of those things that take a level of physical endurance and mental willpower I just don't have (at least not yet)
