Running
I have been running a lot lately and i thought that i might update you all with how i am doing. I have a mile race on Saturday, where i am trying to break 5 in the mile. I have been training a lot and i think my hardest workout has been 10 400s at 72 pace. We didn't even get much break so that is why it was so hard. Our longest run has been 80 minutes, which was in the rain and it was so COLD. If you are buying running shoes, i would suggest that you purchase the Brooks Ghost 4's. they are a very good neutral trainer that gives you goo support but is also pretty light. If you have any questions about exercise or running, feel free to ask! maybe i will go a Ghost 4 review later tonight

ReplyDeleteI keep telling myself i'm going to run, but then I get a really bad asthma attack that keeps me bed ridden for a week and I tell myself it's impossible.

Ever realise that running makes you feel good? its a due to a biochemical response in your body where endorphin is released resulting in a phenomenon called "runners high". Cool huh?

ReplyDeleterunning is the best exercise ever. I used to run like 5-7 miles in 1~2 hours 2 o 3 times a week, but then I took an arrow to the knee.
